CLEARANCE SALE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Sale Validity

  • The Clearance Sale is valid for a limited period only.

  • The company reserves the right to end or modify the sale at any time without prior notice.

2. No Return / No Exchange

  • All clearance sale products are final sale items.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

  • Size exchange is not applicable on clearance items.

3. No Customization

  • Logo printing, embroidery, piping changes, or any customization is not available on clearance products.

  • Products are sold as-is.

4. Limited Stock

  • Clearance items are available in limited quantities.

  • Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Items may go out of stock without prior notice.

5. Product Condition

  • Clearance products may include:

    • Old stock

    • Discontinued designs

    • Excess inventory

    • Minor color variation batches

  • Minor variations in shade, stitching, or finishing will not be considered defects.

6. Payment Terms

  • 100% advance payment required.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may not be available.

  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

7. Shipping Policy

  • Standard shipping charges may apply unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.

  • Delay due to courier partners is not the company’s responsibility.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • No modification allowed after order confirmation.

Orders Without Customization

Eligibility for Return:

Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Return Process:

Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the items.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.


Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Customized Orders

Please ensure all customization details are correct before finalizing your order, as changes cannot be made once the production process has started.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect customized item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.


We will arrange for a replacement or refund for defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Defective Items:
