Our minimum is 50 pieces. You can mix sizes (XS to 3XL), mix men's and women's, and mix product types — as long as the total is 50 or more. So 30 scrubs + 20 lab coats = valid order.
Send us your logo file (PNG, SVG, or JPEG). Our team converts it into a stitch file and sends you a digital preview. On orders of 100+, the ₹1,500 setup fee is waived. Gold, Silver, and White thread available. All embroidery is done in-house at our Delhi facility.
Yes — always. Every order includes a proper GST tax invoice with our GSTIN, your billing details, itemised goods, HSN codes, and GST amount. We can also provide a delivery challan and certificate of conformity on request.
Standard bulk (no custom branding): 14 working days. Custom branded (with logo): 21 working days including pre-production sample approval on Day 5–7. All orders ship pan-India with tracking. You get a WhatsApp update when your order dispatches.
Yes. For branded orders (100+), we always send a pre-production sample with your logo before starting the full batch — you must approve it. For standard bulk (50–99), we can courier a single sample piece at your cost before you confirm.
Standard: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch. Annual Contract clients: Net-30 after the first successful order. We accept NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and UPI. A pro-forma invoice is provided before any payment is required.

Custom colours are available on 200+ piece orders. Share your Pantone or hex colour code and we'll match it as closely as possible. Lead time for custom colour: 28 working days. Swatch approval required before bulk production begins.
