Where it began
India has the world's largest generation of healthcare professionals. Yet finding a scrub that actually fits an Indian body was nearly impossible.
Walk through any government hospital in India. Count how many doctors are wearing imported scrubs that don't fit Indian proportions, or stitched locally from fabric that pills after three washes, or uniforms so uncomfortable they've been wearing the same two sets for years.

We started Triyaansh Medix to close that gap — with fabric that actually works, fits that account for Indian body types, and a brand that genuinely respects what healthcare professionals do every day.

We didn’t start this brand because it was a good idea. We started it because it needed to exist.
As medical professionals, we saw it up close — every shift, every day. Long hours. Constant motion. High pressure. And yet, the one thing that should have supported it all… didn’t.

We started in a small workshop in New Delhi — with three patterns and one simple brief: make something a doctor would actually be proud to wear.

The problem we set out to solve
India's healthcare professionals
were wearing an afterthought.

Sizing built for Western bodies
Most medical apparel is either imported (sized for European proportions) or unisex (fits no one well). Indian doctors — different shoulder widths, hip ratios, torso lengths — were adjusting to the clothes instead of the reverse.

Fabric that failed after 10 washes
The standard fabric pilled, faded, and lost shape within weeks. A doctor doing 5 clinical washes a week was replacing scrubs every 2–3 months. The cost, inconvenience, and waste were enormous — and completely unnecessary.

No brand that respected the profession
The market was split between cheap commodity scrubs and overpriced imports. No Indian brand spoke to doctors as the professionals they are — with considered design, honest pricing, and real quality standards.

Embroidery was a logistical nightmare
Personalisation meant finding a third-party tailor, hoping the thread matched, and waiting weeks for results. Hospitals wanting branded uniforms managed 3 separate vendors with no quality control between them.

Started in a small workshop with three fabric patterns and one simple question: can we build something Indian healthcare professionals would actually be proud to wear? First 50 sets sold out in 4 weeks.

The Purva Collection & first hospital orders
Launched the Purva Collection — our signature 3-tier scrub line. First institutional orders from Delhi-NCR hospitals. In-house embroidery unit established. Expanded to 12 colours, 7 size variants. Crossed 500 orders.
